Potato, Steak and Peanut Pot

Ingredients:
1 tbsp vegetable oil
5 tbsp butter
1 lb steak, cut in thin strips
1 onion, halved and sliced
2 garlic cloves crushed
1 lb potatoes, cubed
1/2 tsp paprika
4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
2 1/2 cups beef bouillon
4 tbsp unsalted peanuts
2 tsp light soy sauce
Handful sugar snap peas
1 red bell pepper, sliced

Directions:
Heat oil and butter in pot.
Add steak and cook gently for 3-4 minutes until seared on all sides.
Add onion and garlic cook for 2 mins stirring.
Add potato cubes cook for 3-4 minutes or until they begin to brown slightly
Stir in paprika and peanut butter then gradually add bouillon.
Bring mixture to a boil, stir frequently.
Finally add peanuts, soy sauce, peas and pepper.
Cover and cook over low heat for 45 mins or until beef is cooked thoroughly.

Taco Ring

Ingredients:

1 lb of ground chuck beef / or turkey
1 Old Paso Taco seasoning
2 cans of pillsbury cresent rolls
1 package of shredded cheese
Chopped lettuce
Sour Cream

Directions:
Cook the meat and season to likeness. Separate cresent triangles. Arrange in circle on flat stone or pan with wide edge in center overlapping and points on outside. Fill the widest edge of each triangle with scoops of cooked/seasoned meat and top with cheese. Fold the points over mixture and tuck into center. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Cut the ring. Top each piece with dollop of sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes.

Hot Ham & Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients:
Honey Baked Ham
American Cheese, singles
Buns, any type desired

(For Sauce)
1 cup butter (soft)
1/2 cup Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Accent
2 Tablespoon Poppyseeds

Directions:
Assemble sandwiches, ham and slice cheese on buns.
Combine the rest of the ingredients for sauce and pour on the ham then top with bun.
Wrap each sandwich in foil and put in oven at 450 for 15 minuted. Or until ham is crispy.

Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients:
1 pie crust, unbaked
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons red, green bell peppers diced
1/2 cup mushrooms, diced
3 large eggs, beaten
16 oz sour cream, divided
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1.5 cup swiss cheese grated
1 cup mild cheddar cheese, grated
dash salt and pepper

Directions:
Line pie crust with foil and bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes.
Remove foil and bake additional 5 minutes or until crust is set and dry.
Remove and reduce oven to 350 degrees.
Saute onions, peppers, and mushrooms in butter.
In bowl, combine with veggies with eggs, half the sour cream, bacon and cheeses with salt and pepper.
Pour into the pie crust. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until center is set.
Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
Top each piece with dollop of sour cream and enjoy.

Hawaiian Ham Kabobs

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb cooked ham, cut in 1-inch cubes
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
3 unpeeled oranges, quartered
2 green peppers, cut lengthwise into 1-inch strips
1/3 cup corn syrup

Directions:
Thread ham, pineapple and green peppers on skewers. Begin and end with orange. Brush with corn syrup and grill for 3 minutes. Turn and grill 3 more minutes.

Crunchy Onion Chicken

Ingredients:
2 cups French’s French Fried Onions
2 tbsp. flour
4 (5 oz) boneless chicken breast
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Crush Fench Fried Onions with flour in bag. Dip chicken in egg, then coat in onion crumbs.
Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees until cooked through.

Zest it up: Dip chicken in any flavor of French’s mustard instead of egg.

BBQ Bacon Party Spread

Ingredients:
2 packages (8 oz each) Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 package (2.8 oz) bacon pieces, cooked
1 small tomato, chopped
1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
1.3 cup green onion, chopped
1 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
Crackers

Directions:
Spread cream cheese onto large platter. Drizzle with bbq sauce.
Top with the remaining ingredients.
Serve with crackers.

Grandma’s Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients:
3 lbs. Ground Chuck Beef
2 cups Bread Crumbs
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup Onion flakes
Salt & Pepper to taste
Sprinkle of Garlic salt for taste
Dash Accent

Directions:
• Mix all ingredients in bowl. (This part can get a little messy because you need to mix with your hands.)

• Make about 2 inch balls.

• In a pan with some oil, brown all sides. (Don’t worry about cooking them all the way through just get them nice and browned on all sides.)

• Once all the meatballs are done place in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Sauce:
2 Large cans Hunts Tomato Sauce
2 cups Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Openpit
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients for sauce. Put the cooked meatballs and sauce in a slow cooker. Let them simmer for about 45 minutes so the meatballs and soak up some of the sauce.

Then Enjoy :)

Corned Beef Cheese Ball

Great around Christmas time because when your finished it looks like a red and green tree ornament.

Ingredients:
1- 8oz Cream Cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 package Budding Corned Beef
1 Tablespoon Accent
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Let the cream cheese sit out at room temperature for 30 minutes or until soft enough to mix. Cut the green onions and corned beef up (1/4 inch squares) In bowl combine cream cheese, green onions, corned beef, accent and worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly. Form mixture into a ball and place on plate. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm. Serve with crackers (I recommend Wheat Thins)
